

Our Accomplishments
Sorors, we have so much to celebrate! Our region has grown and we are nearly19,000 members, and every decision we’ve made has been rooted in YOU—your needs, your voices, your aspirations. We’ve sparked innovation through collaboration, embraced change through meaningful conversations, and strengthened our communities through service.

TOGETHER in Sisterhood
∆ Introduced six statewide Sisterhood Pop-Up engagement opportunities, including
community service activities throughout the region.
∆ Deepened cluster collaboration across chapters.
∆ Hosted Mock Convention 2.0 in each state and continued to build risk awareness.
∆ Partnered with the Regional Representative to help 25+ collegiates pursue
opportunities to attend Delta Days in the Nation’s Capital.
∆ Provided support for chapter membership intake activities, including Rush, Induction,
and Initiation.
∆ Recognized Centenarians and 95+ Sorors through social media highlights.
∆ Served as a keynote speaker for retreats and milestone celebrations across the region.
∆ Celebrated impactful chapter programs across the region.
∆ Launched SAR 101 to welcome new members and create an engagement platform with
national and regional leaders.
TOGETHER in Leadership
∆ Launched an “All Call for Leadership” webinar to connect with future regional leaders
in the new biennium.
∆ Formed a regional leadership team that included members from small and large
chapters, including those who may not always be seen or heard.
∆ Created a regular cadence for presidents’ engagement to help strengthen chapter
effectiveness.
∆ Ensured programming support and engagement of the Delta PEARLS Cohort for the
2025–26 cycle.
∆ Followed through on commitments and deliverables to national headquarters and
national leaders.
∆ Supported 100+ membership intakes and welcomed over 1,600 members.
∆ Continued to advance regional and national leadership development.
∆ Convened the leadership team in both in-person and virtual settings.


TOGETHER in Service
∆ Promoted the integration of active public service engagement into regional events,
including Founders Days and Clusters.
∆ Established the Dr. Bertha Roddey Day of Service as an annual, regionwide effort.
∆ Expanded participation in Delta Days advocacy events across all states.


TOGETHER, Operating in Excellence
∆ Aligned program initiatives with the National Strategic Plan—One Region
in Support of One Delta.
∆ Refreshed leadership teams to expand regional capacity and strengthen
support.
∆ Supported the reactivation of seven collegiate chapters across the region.
∆ Chartered the Phi Epsilon chapter at Winston-Salem State University to
maintain a strong Delta presence at a regional HBCU.
∆ Increased annual non-MI Chapter DID trainings available for all chapters.
∆ Hosted a regional Town Hall to reflect on progress and alignment with the
strategic plan.
∆ Actively share policy recommendations with the National Scholarship and
Standards Committee to support improvements in membership intake,
chapter management, and related procedures.
